Duplicate order in Webstore

Hi All

We just recieved a duplicate order into our POS from

WebOrder #1418815401

The payment was made by paypal but there is only one payment in there. I rang the customer and she confirm that she only processed one order ???

Hi David,

Can you provide the order number ID of the second order please?

The most obvious reason for the duplicate especially when it involves the same customer is that he or she clicked on the payment button twice.

They came in under the same web number
so to recap 2 orders with the same number #1418815401 and only one payment

Hi David,

This looks like a local hardware issue, i.e. the PC is low on RAM or it is being assigned elsewhere. Please reboot to make sure no other programs are using resources and try the install again.

If you have the same issue after that, let me know.

Is it the head quarter bundler or the server bundler.

Hi David,

You’ll need to install both bundles, one at your server instance, the other at your client instance. It is very important to make sure the software is on the same version.
