Amazon feed issues

Hi

Can someone tell me whats happening about our amazon feed problems please
Sebastian was working on it but I have heard no more ?
Do I need to contact amazon ?

We are having feed issues also… our ticket has been untouched for over a day now…

see urgent ticket , not sure if its to do with currency issues we are having with amazon ?

Amazon Sync seems to have broken a few weeks back, and there still seems to be no fix yet… tickets going days unanswered… This is not what we have come to expect from Nitrosell…

we are showing virtually no stock on any of our amazon feeds on seller central
If this cannot be fixed / sorted we might have to look for a system that will work

the de/fr amazon orders are not coming to the till in the correct amount
the amount coming up on the till in default currency is being x 1.19 ?

We are still seeing this as an issue, stock numbers are wrong. You said you were going to call us Tuesday, we never heard from you.

This seems to be an ongoing issue…
