Urgent - Login Issues to Portal and for Customer Accounts

There appears to be a major issue with customer not being able to login to their accounts which is preventing customers from ordering. Similarly we cannot login to the portal either and cannot advise them of the error. This in turn is creating a large amount of support tickets as customers are in the dark and think it only relates to their account.

Can we please have someone look at this as a matter of urgency as we obviously cannot generate a ticket without being able to login.

Hi Andy,

As I mentioned by email, this was an issue affecting our portal and some of our stores that, unfortunately, did not trigger our emergency response system. It is resolved now.

We will be updating the emergency response system.
