Urgent how can this happen

Hi,

We have a product that is appearing in the wrong category. We haven’t moved this product into the category and even when you click on the product , it can’t be bought or change the size so it seems to a glitch. The costume is an elsa costume in the hen night accessories category and can be found here http://www.partyworld.ie/355/Hen-Party/Hen-Night-Accessories/ this is happening on multi categories

Our mega menu is not working as it should be. Categories and Departments are showing up duplicates and some of the duplicate links are linking to incorrect webpages. I’ve attached a screen shot highlighting the duplicate links.
