Something happened to our website and our navigation completely disappeared. I can rebuild it but the available departments and categories are defaulting back to RMS, rather than the alternative web navigation. PAM is displaying alternative web navigation and I can’t find anywhere else to tell it to set it back to alternative web navigation.
Can anyone help with this (hopefully) simple question? We are trying to have a cyber Monday sale tomorrow! Terrible timing for a fluke like this!!
(ps. I put in a ticket and got a response with a video about how to rebuild the menu, but it doesn’t explain how to change the navigation)
