The navigation menu for our shop des not display the subcategory data that has been entered, even after choosing the “dept, cat, and subcat” option on the menu display. How do I get the subcategory information to show?
It will entirely depend on the nested loops in your menu template, and whether the logic is set to display any html code when it reaches the sub-category level of the loop.
If you’re not comfortable reading and editing the template files you should open a support ticket.
