How to implement
By default, items in the email confirmation are order by product_code = itemlookupcode.
However, it is possible to alter that behaviour by enabling a new function in WSM (which allows you to sort by all available fields).
By choosing this option items in the confirmation email will be sorted by product_name

Is it also possible to get the web order to import into RMS POS sorted by “product name” instead of “item lookup code” ?
