Our order confirmation from amazon has stopped coming through

Can you please provide more information about that event?

As far as I can see from our logs, 2 amazon orders were inserted into your database 25 minutes ago and both orders should be available to your point of sales since they were downloaded by Sync.

We haven’t really changed anything with regard to the handling of Amazon orders so off the top of my head, it’s difficult to say what is happening. Providing more details about this issue would be of great help!
