None of the RMS Function buttons work when trying to process Amazon orders

When I bring the Amazon order up in the POS none of the function buttons work and none of the custom programmed buttons work. So I can neither tender the transaction nor can I ship the transaction using the integrated shiprush application. Everything works fine for normal nitrosell orders.

I figured it out. I did not have a default currency set.
