New Items not showing up in PAM

After doing an import (like many times before via ASCII Transfer tool) into CRE PCamerica the new items are not showing up in PAM.

I ran a check database in pcamerica- 0 issues found and rebooted the server -same issue.

Please assist.

This might be very specific to your database and us such we would need to log in your machine. Would you be able to open a ticket on our portal please?
