I live in a state that does not allow shipping, delivery, or even online credit card purchasing for alcohol (at least for now). Legally, we are only allowed to let our customers shop online and pickup/pay for their orders at the store.
Unfortunately, I was unaware when the signed up with NitroSell that the transaction processing between NitroSell and CRE does not support in-store pickups. So basically, when a transaction is transferred to CRE from NitroSell, CRE assumes the transaction has been paid for and competes the transaction when you process it. It does not allow you to receive the transaction and close it out in CRE.
I’m curious if any other CRE users have run into this same situation, and if so, how are you working around it?
