Functions behind SSL are loading very slow with intermittent server timeout error. Unable to processing webstore payments - has been happening all day.

Thought perhaps it was a universal issue. Today, as a customer, I received a server error when logging in; however, in the same browser session I pulled up the url and was already logged in to the site. I was then able to complete a transaction without a delay or server error. url is www.oiltowncomics.com .
