When making changes in PAM and then trying to synchronize the store by using NScSync this error my show up in one of the tables. It is caused by CRE PAM keeping the tables opened for some time and NScSync trying to open them again.
To fix this problem PAM has to be closed completely and then the store can be synchronized correctly.
