Matrix Item sale prices not showing

Hello, We are having an issue where the sale prices are only showing for items when it is on the individual product page and not for the product on the category product listing pages. I am assuming this is an issue with the matrix item reading the sale price that has been applied to the individual items when setting up the sale on the RMS. Any advice on how I can fix this?

Hi Sharon,

Most likely the issue is in the product listing template. Please check how the price nitroscript is used in the product page template and compare with listing.

Make sure to backup the templates before making any changes or open a ticket in case you need any assistance.

Resolving the issue would require modifying the Product Pricing template available in the WebStoreManager. Please navigate to WSM > Settings > Edit Templates, then choose the template from the dropdown box on the right-hand side of the page.
