Forbidden Access

As of today we are not getting access to our web pages.
See attachment.
We have raised a ticket on this but not getting a response!
Anyone else having this problem?
Can someone at Nitrosell let us know what is going on?
Thanks

www.rmspos.co.uk is accessible from all locations we’ve checked. Third party services such as downforeveryoneorjustme.com seem to confirm this is a local issue.

Hi Brian, thank you, clearing the cookies resolved the problem.
The problem arose because we have tried to insert a visitor tracking code to the header of the website.
We have confirmed this by trying again today and got the same problem.
Can you advise us on where this tracking code should be inserted?
The tracking code is for Canddi and is below.
Thank you.
Brian Turnbull.

Hi Brian,

The tracking code isn’t visible in this post. Would you mind adding it to Ticket #112455 on the portal, please ? According to https://support.canddi.com/hc/en-gb/articles/200269276 it should go into the footer of each page (immediately before the closing tag)

Thanks,
Brian

Thank you Brian.
I have added the tracking code to ticket #112455
Are you planning to check this and revert back to me?
Regards
Brian
