Despatch email specific to delivery method


Hi there,

Is it possible to send differnet depatch emails when the transaction is tendered in the RMS POS, depending on the shipping method selected?

For example, my curretn email contains tracking information for the customer. However, I also have enabled a ‘click & collect’ option. I don’t want the ‘click & collect’ cuctomer to receive tracking informaition but I would like to include terms and conditions specific to collecting in-store.
